One of my most frequently asked questions is regarding my reusable nipple covers. I wear them primarily under swimsuits without pads, but they could be worn under anything that does not have built-in padding or pieces you don’t want to wear a bra with. I typically buy a fresh pair twice a year – once for spring/summer and once for fall/winter. You can clean the nipple covers with warm water and mild soap, *gently* rubbing them with your fingers to clean (do not use a brush, it will wear down the adhesive portion of the cover). Another important note is you can buy different sizes depending on cup size, so be sure to note that when purchasing. Definitely one of the most useful items in my closet!
