Cardigan: BB Dakota Anitra drape Jacket // Shirt: Madewell Central Blouse // Jeans: AG raw hem legging jeans // Boots: Old, similar here {have these in tan & they are sooo comfortable!} Bag: Saint Laurent
The Spring is a lot like the fall when the weather bounces around – cold, hot, freezing, warm, and back to hot all in a matter of days. This look is perfect for either season, but especially appropriate for the recent weather we’ve had in Dallas! It can often be freezing & grey in the mornings, and by noon be warm & 75 degrees. I love this drape-y jacket for that reason. Its a nice thick cotton and it layers over pretttty much anything super easily. Here I’ve paired it with my favorite classic white button down {short sleeve!} and these awesome raw hem, distressed AG jeans that I just got. Tied the look together with some black booties and my go-to Saint Laurent bag {a gift from my husband 2 years ago!}. I almost forgot to mention the price – this jacket is under $100! I think the heathered grey color is so versatile and I’m already planning on throwing this over my workout clothes the next time its a little chilly before heading to the gym.
In other news, I’m donating blood today around noon. I have O Negative blood, which means I am a universal donor. This means that anyone can receive units of my blood regardless of their own blood type, making my blood extremely valuable to The Red Cross. I have had several instances in my life where immediate family members have needed blood during emergency situations, and I am eternally grateful for those people who had taken the time to donate prior to those instances. It is because of this that I still make an effort to donate whenever I can. If you’re interested in donating {please consider it! The Red Cross is always desperate for more!} check out locations near you here.
Lots of love!
