Top: J.O.A Striped Bell Sleeve Top // Jeans: DL1961 Emma Legging Jeans // Boots: Old, Similar here // Bag: Celine Belt Bag
When the bell sleeve trend first started out, I assumed it wasn’t for me. I don’t love the wide open sleeve situation {a la something like this} – but you can’t be into every trend that hits the block, so I didn’t skip a beat and just kept moving. That is, until I saw this top from J.O.A. ? I love the long slim sleeves, with the simple little knotted peplum at the wrist. Come to think of it, this top may not categorize as a true ‘bell sleeve’ but when I wear it, I feel like this may be the closest I get. The striped material is so soft, yet structured, and although unpictured, there are little buttons running all down the back.
These jeans are made by my longtime fav jean brand, DL1961. I love the rich blue color and the perfectly placed distressing. These jeans {and all DL1961 jeans for that matter} have such a great stretch to them – I honestly feel like I could wear them for weeks straight without them ever stretching out. It’s what brings me back to them time & time again.
Heading out to a friends ranch for the weekend – I’m so glad it’s finally Friday! Hope y’all all have a safe & happy weekend, and I’ll see you here again on Monday 🙂
