Supergoop! 100% Mineral Setting Powder
Without proper care and protection, the skin on the hand often gives away someone’s age before even the face or other parts of the body do. When I mentioned this on my Instagram about 6 months ago, saying I was on the lookout for a good hand cream, tons {and I mean tons} of people recommended Supergoop’s! Forever Young hand cream. Months later and I now own 4 of the 1 oz tubes – keeping 1 in each purse, and 1 in the car!
I had heard of Supergoop before, but never really done any research into the brand. But as most times when it comes to beauty, I fell into a rabbit hole on the Supergoop! website and didn’t come up for air before I had purchased a few more products to test out. This SPF50 Glow Stick and the infamous ‘Unseen’ Sunscreen both caught my eye, and as soon as I received them in the mail, I knew I would love both. The glow stick was perfect for my trip to disney world – it’s small, compact size meant I could carry it around in my purse and could reapply on the go {I’m serious – I even passed it around to my girlfriends who took turns using it as well!} It was a lifesaver in that Orlando heat – especially on a day where we spent 12+ hours in the sun! The Unseen Sunscreen was equally as amazing. I used it over Memorial day and loved that it went on clear, was weightless and super smooth under my everyday make-up. I was quickly becoming a Supergoop! connoisseur.
This all brings me to the Supergoop! 100% Mineral Setting Powder. When Supergoop! reached out about this powder I knew it would be something I loved. We are nearing 100 degree days here in Dallas and my face is consistently shiny & greasy looking. I like a matte face, and have used a compact translucent setting powder for years, so I was super excited to try out this tap + brush system. The best part? This setting powder has SPF 45 so I can reapply my sun protection anytime, anywhere – without getting greasy. I just tap, and brush along my T-zone, and cheek bones and call it a day! My fair skin and Irish heritage is so happy with me right now! 😉
